Order Processing Time
Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing and production before shipment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. While most packages arrive on time, delays may occasionally occur.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it without any penalty.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at sales@sellersshark.com with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER”.
Incorrect Address
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please reply immediately to your order confirmation email and provide the correct details.
Address changes can only be made within the first 24 hours after placing the order.
After that, we cannot guarantee corrections, as the order may already be processed for shipment.
Damaged or Defective Items
All items are shipped securely with protective packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@sellersshark.com and include:

A photo of the damaged item
Once verified, we will send a replacement item free of charge or offer a refund, depending on your preference.
Lost Packages
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
We will assist you in tracking the shipment and, if confirmed lost, we will resend your order at no additional cost.
